10. To help and support by Training, Skill Development Programmes and courses to women and needy persons in Hair Dressing, Beauty culture, Painting, Embroidery, Designing, Fashion Designing, Tailoring, Handicraft work to make them capable for employment generation and income generation work. 

11. To establish and support sales, promotion, marketing activities, programmes and network of all kind of required products and services for the promotion and income generation of Trust and for support and help the women and beneficiaries of the Trust. The Trust can decide the beneficiaries.

To develop training and awareness programmes, recognise units, institutes, centres, teaching centres, learning centres that give education, training, working style and working patterns for all kind of vocational courses and sectors and industry to set standards, criteria and parameters of related education and training projects, events and programmes.
